INSTRUCTION MANUAL

  • TIMING - HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You can prepare the decorations even 1 day before the event.

With our recommended inflation and fastening technique, the balloons will not deflate during
    the party.

  • SELECT FOCUS POINT

    - this will be the most important part of the entire decoration

Choose an empty wall surface about 2-3 meters wide. This will be the center
of the decoration – this is where the photos will be taken

Tip: Position it so that the table also fits in front of it – this will make the photos
    more spectacular

  • PREPARING THE BALLOONS

Start by inflating the balloons. Knot each balloon after inflation
    to keep them secure.

Tip: Inflate the balloons by color and put them into separate groups – this
    will make arrangement easier.

Tip: Don't inflate the balloons too tautly – this will give them a nicer shape and make them last
    longer.

  • Tip: Don't overinflate the balloons – this way they'll have a nicer shape and last longer.

    +Extra tip – faster progress

Work in pairs: one person inflates, the other ties – this way you'll finish much faster.

LET THE DECORATION BEGIN

  • INSTALLATION STEPS

Defining the location: Choose the desired height and position on the wall.

Tip: Leave the bottom 10–20 cm above the floor to avoid damage.

    Attachment:
Remove the protective layer, then attach the
    curtain to the wall.

Alignment: Work gradually, smoothing and securing along the
    entire length.

For multiple pieces: Place the next
element next to the previous one, then continue with the attachment.

    Sizing: If necessary, the curtain
can be easily cut to size with scissors.

  • ALTERNATIVE MOUNTING WITH TAPE

If you don't want to stick it to the wall, you can use the mounting tape.

This is ideal if you don't want to leave marks on the wall and want easily removable decoration.

Creating a loop: Remove the protective layer of the adhesive, then fold the top of the curtain over itself and secure it so that a small loop is formed at the top.

Threading: Thread the tape through the loops you've created. For multiple curtains, thread all elements onto the same tape for a continuous effect.

Choosing attachment points: The two ends of the tape
must be secured to a stable point (e.g., nail, hook, or strong adhesive point).

Tensioning and adjusting: Pull the tape evenly to get a taut and neat background surface.

  • CUTTING LUFIGIRLAND TO SIZE

Cut the ribbon to the desired length for your balloon garland.

Tip: The backdrop is approx. 2 m wide, so 3 m of ribbon is usually sufficient. If you have cut the backdrop to size, adjust the ribbon accordingly.

  • INFLATING BALLOONS

The strip has double holes, which are used to attach the balloons. Thread them as shown in the picture.

Tip: For a uniform, dense effect,
thread all balloons from the same side.

Tip: Thread the balloon into the larger opening, then pull it through to the narrower section where it will be secured.

  • LUFIGIRLAND INSTALLATION

You will need 3-4 points for attachment (e.g., nails, thumbtacks)

Place them about 10 cm above the backdrop and also secure them on the sides to form the arch.

Cut 3-4 pieces of ribbon about 20 cm long and tie the garland to the attachment points.

Tip: If there are no attachment points, you can use masking tape. If attached with bows,
it will be easier to remove later.

  • PLACEMENT OF ADDITIONAL BALLOONS

Set aside 7/13 balloons for the balloon stand. The garland may have sparser sections – this is completely normal. You can easily fill these with glue dots.

Tip: Place your index finger on the glue dot so it easily sticks to your finger. Place your finger on the balloon where you want to attach it. (It's worth placing it near the knot, so it will be less visible later.) Press the balloon to the garland, then hold it there for a few seconds to secure it firmly. If necessary, you can repeat this in multiple places.

✨Choose the style that suits you

Arranging Colors

Casual, Playful (mixed colors)

The different colors are alternately and loosely arranged, creating a more spectacular, playful effect.

For this, thread the balloons onto the ribbon in a random order.

Clean, elegant (in color blocks)

The block arrangement creates a neater, more elegant effect.

If you like this, string 5-6 balloons of the same color onto the ribbon one after another, then move on to the next color.

  • INFLATING THE BALLOON

Inflate the foil balloons with the stick provided in the package. Carefully insert the stick into the inflation opening and hold it straight.

Tip: The balloon is good when it can be pressed in slightly (approx. 0.5 cm). If it's too hard, it might burst. If inflation doesn't start, push the stick deeper. Once it has reached the right firmness, pull it out, then
    squeeze the valve.

  • PLACING STAR BALLOONS

Attach the star-shaped balloons to the garland with glue dots

Attach the star-shaped balloons to the garland with
    glue dots

  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon installation

Cut 2 strips of ribbon, each approximately 3 meters long. Thread them through the holes in the upper part of the letters, paying attention to the correct order. Hang the
inscription, then attach it to the garland or chosen points.

✨The HAPPY BIRTHDAY inscription is not included in the packages. If you purchased it as an add-on, this point applies to you.

Tip: The inscription is more spectacular if "HAPPY" and "BIRTHDAY" are on separate lines.

    CELEBRATE Balloon Stand

The balloon stand is 70 cm tall and can hold 7 balloons.

    ASSEMBLY

Connect the 6 pieces of 30 cm rods with 3 connectors and the 2 pieces of 35 cm rods with 1 connector.

Take the base and connect the 70 cm rod to its center.

Then, alternately attach the 60 cm and 40 cm pieces to the side rings.

Tip: Twist the rods slightly when connecting them – this prevents them from coming apart.

    SIGNATURE balloon stand

The stand is 130 cm high and can hold 13 balloons.

    ASSEMBLY

Connect the base with the 2 thick rod elements and the 2 thick connectors.

Connect the 6 20 cm rods with the 6 30 cm rods using the connectors.

The package contains 1 medium-sized connector and 2 medium-thickness rods; connect these as well.

The thicker elements will be placed in the middle of the stand.

Attach the 6 previously connected 50 cm rods and the 6 30 cm thin rods alternately to the connector elements in the middle of the stand.

Tip: Twist the rods slightly when connecting them – this prevents them from coming apart.

Tip: Fill the base with water to weigh it down, so it won't tip over.

    FUNNEL

To attach the balloons, take out the 7 pcs/13 pcs balloons you set aside earlier.

Hold the funnel in your hand and thread the balloon stem into the first notch, then guide it through the second opening. Twist it around a full circle and secure it in the third opening.

Then, with a gentle twisting motion, attach the funnels to the ends of the sticks. After that, place them on the table or floor. Weigh them down if necessary.

    • PREPARATION

Clear off the table and wipe it clean. If possible, place it in front of the decorative wall.

Tip: For a perfect overall look, place a plain white tablecloth on the table to further highlight the party tablecloth.

    • TABLECLOTHS AND RUNNERS

Place the tablecloth, then smooth it out
      evenly. Place the runner
in the middle of the table.

Tip: For a nicer effect, ensure it hangs down by the same length on all sides.

    • LAYOUT

Place the cake in the center – this will be the focal point. Arrange the other elements on one side of the table.

Tip: For a more elegant overall look, place the elements on the opposite side of the garland. If the garland is symmetrical, arrange the table symmetrically as well.
