Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@celebratelab.hu. Items should be returned to the following address:

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalised products. If you have any questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have received. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Customers in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, for orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving any reason.

The conditions stated above also apply: the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and make the funds available in your account.
